Teknik Pengolahan Panen Dan Pasca Panen Tanaman Tebu (Saccharum Officinarum L.) Sampai Cane Yard Di PTPN VII Buma Cima Nusantara Unit Cinta Manis

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the harvesting and post-harvest management techniques for sugarcane crops up to the cane yard at PTPN VII Cinta Manis Unit. The method used was participatory and observational, collecting primary and secondary data directly in the field. The results showed that the harvesting and post-harvest management techniques for sugarcane up to the cane yard were carried out using several harvesting methods: manual, semi-mechanical, and mechanical. After being cut, the sugarcane is transported by truck to the cane yard for further processing.
