Peer Review Policy

This journal implements a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of the publications. Each submitted article will go through two main stages: editorial screening and peer review.

  1. Editorial Screening: Upon submission, the journal editor will perform an initial screening to ensure that the article meets the minimum quality criteria and relevance to the journal’s focus. Articles that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the author without further peer review.
  2. Peer Review Process:
    1. Articles that pass the editorial screening will be forwarded to at least two external reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.
    2. Peer reviewers will assess the scientific quality, originality, methodology, and contribution of the article to the advancement of knowledge in the agricultural field.
    3. Reviewers will provide recommendations for acceptance, revision, or rejection of the article.
    4. This process is conducted in a double-blind manner, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other to avoid bias.
  3. Article Revision: Authors are required to revise the article if there are comments or recommendations from the reviewers. The revisions must be accompanied by a written explanation of the changes made, and the revised article must be resubmitted for further evaluation by the reviewers.
  4. Final Decision: After the peer review and revision process, the editor will make the final decision regarding the publication of the article, based on the reviewers' feedback. The final decision can include:
    1. Acceptance without revision
    2. Acceptance with minor revisions
    3. Acceptance with major revisions
    4. Rejection
  5. Transparency and Ethics: The review process is conducted with full integrity and professionalism, emphasizing transparency and ethics. The journal will not accept articles containing plagiarism or data manipulation.
