Analisis Kelayakan Usahatani Anggur Di Kebun Wong Kito Grapes Kota Palembang

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to calculate the costs incurred, the amount of revenue
received, and the income generated from each grape variety at the Wong Kito Grapes Vineyard.
This is to analyze the feasibility of cultivating the three grape varieties at the Wong Kito Grapes
Vineyard. The location was chosen intentionally, using both primary and secondary data. The
survey method was the research strategy employed. The data obtained will be explained
descriptively and presented tabulated. The results of this study indicate that the production costs
incurred for the cultivation of academic grapes are Rp. 1,707,008/mt, with revenue of Rp.
2,964,000/mt and income of Rp. 1,256,992/mt. The production costs incurred for the cultivation
of boikonur grapes are Rp. 1,577,842/mt, with revenue of Rp. 2,280,000/mt and income of Rp.
702,158/mt, while the production costs incurred for the cultivation of beauty krasotka grapes are
Rp. 1,517,842/mt, with revenue of Rp. 1,900,000/mt and income of Rp. 382,158/mt, from the
results of the analysis using the R/C Ratio for academic, boikonur and beauty krasotka grapes, it
can be seen that the three types of grapes are feasible to be cultivated. And academic grapes are
the most suitable type because they produce the highest income with a production volume of 25
kg/Mt.
